I was skeptical when I heard “cauliflower steak”, but this recipe from the September 2013 issue of Men’s Journal is worth adding to the regular rotation. I usually don’t slice the cauliflower and eat the stem, because I prefer bite-size florets. This recipe has changed that for me. The original recipe from Men’s Journal is below.
I love to grill, especially in the warmer weather. We put the cauliflower on the grill until cooked through and lightly brown. That’s the only modification made from the recipe as published. I’m sure it would be great both ways. The dressing is delicious!
